quick Delphi Program to install files

This is a really easy job for an experienced Delphi programmer. The program should: 1. On clients machine find base install folder Search for the existance of a specific file If not found on C-drive, Ask User To Select Different drive If never found give display-not found message and exit 2. Install files relative to base-install folder Overwrite files if they already exist. Install all files in a certain directory (in same folder as the installer). 3. create an install log that shows what occurred. You should extract several properties from a config file. 1. Installer name (shows in title bar) 2. Pre-Install message 3. Post-Install message 4. Base folder not-found message 5. Name of program that should be closed before install Can you find out if a certain program is running when they attempt to install? I only want the most common and stable version of delphi used.
