CSS consolidation mini project

Greetings folks, (I think explaining this project will be longer than the actual code itself!) Attached are HTML files with inline and included CSS Style Sheets which I copied from [login to view URL] ... (You can use the following URL as a starting point and click NEXT to see the rest of them) <[login to view URL]> In my files, one, expands horizontally to multilevel menu navigation. The other, expands as a single cell. and one is clear background. I would like to consolidate these into one according to the detailed description, which I had to include in the attached ZIP file called [login to view URL] (it was more than 2000 chars) The trick is to have all these in an encapsulated DIV or something, that does not interfere with anything else in the Styles, and, they I can go to only obvious place to change the background color, the font color, font size, etc. If I don't specify, it will inherit the defaults, whatever they are! It will be ideal, DREAM, if these could be cells in a table, instead of OL or DL that they are now! It makes them a lot more readable, easier to manage. Again, I am looking for an encapsulation, and integration of these CSS navigation features into one, that I can use for my different web pages without them getting in the way of my other CSS definitions. Please let me know what you think. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
