I need a back end built for a website that will: *Allow users to register and get password by email *Generate a form that will capture Name, Address, Phone Number, Email, and some other fields *Let Users view their account status *Allow users to select one of eight or so options *Take payment (with Paypal) and rebill at ___ time period *Send email notifications every ___ time period *Generate a file with name and address information that will be emailed at a set time daily/weekly *Send data to an email address at a specific time * Develop an interface for users and customer service reps. 90% Of the site is already designed and functional as far as visually. I am on a time crunch, or I would do it myself. I have a good idea of time and cost for the project. PLEASE respond quickly and with samples of CF work ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
