Firefox Extension to Detect & Add RSS Feeds

I am looking for a small Firefox extention to be built that will do the following: 1 - Auto-detect an RSS feed or feeds when a user is on a page with RSS feeds 2 - Popup from the status bar a message with the list of feeds detected with check boxes 3 - Allow the user to submit the form, which would then send the feeds as a post to my server that would popup a new window or my site in a new tab. I am ONLY interested in developers that have done Firefox extensions and can show me a proof of concept.
