Hi,
I need a semi-simple installer written in Visual Basic.
It needs to be good design...banner on top and nice UI. Must have the design approved before finishing. I will send what i want to winner
Must have a serial function where it will check the serial from a list of .txt on a web host (given)
must pull the files it's gonna download from a .zip URL the extract to proper locations. (given)
must pull the banner from a web image URL (given)
and TOS will be given as well.
