Jabber Platform

I am looking to start an instant messenger alert service using the Jabber platform and looking for a hosting solution as well. I already have and using Jabber but my current setup (both functionality and financially) may not be in the best interest with what I'm trying to do. I understand that Jabber is an open source platform as found at jabber.org. Does anyone have extensive experience with Jabber? ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Windows
