RedHat Interchange/Paypal Mod

I need someone to design a Paypal payment mod for Red Hat Interchange 4.8. The code from [login to view URL] can be used I just need a simple way to implement the code into the shopping cart. It has to be fully functional(Add, Delete, Quanity, ect). I'm pretty sure this is just a matter of replacing existing code with the Paypal code. You can obtain a copy of Interchange from Red Hats website. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform Must work with Interchange 4.8.
