Simple Send Email Script

I'm using Indexu Lite to make a directory. When someone submits a site, their name, email, website url and etc are stored in a mysql database. I want to be able to send mass emails to the people in the directory and the script does not have this feature. What I'd like is a form with two fields. One for the subject and one for the message. I'd like to be able to user variables to personalize the message. For example, I'd like to be able to write an email like this... *Hello $name, This email is regarding $sitename ($url) which was submitted to our directory.* Then it would be sent to every user. when it reaches the user, it would be personalized to them, for example: *Hello Exhedra, This email is regarding Rent a Coder (*[*[login to view URL]*][1]*) which was submitted to our directory. *I'd like this done quickly. Please provide a time frame in your bid. Thanks! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
