slice, replace and convert PSD file

This job is to **convert a PSD document** into a working html webpage. Currently I am using image maps. This job is to CONVERT the image maps to mouseover images using slicing. Horizontal navagation will just replace white text with lime green. Vertical mouseover replace a yellow file folder for a red one. There are 2 templates - one with content and one without (2nd template). The second one would need the white section made writable - ie via an open layer - without corrupting the grahical structure. Will supply PSD of both pages - nondisclosure is applicable. This project should be easy for someone who knows what they are doing. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site). ## Platform it will be running on a unix server and I will be editing it on a windows machine
