I need a website designed for two apartment communities. The features are listed below. This project needs to be completed in 2-3 weeks. Apartment Community Website Features (2 Communities) - Home Page ( will feature a flash animation showcasing community pictures, amenities, etc.) - Features - Floorplans - will contain table showing apartment code, type, #beds, #baths, Sq. Ft., Rent, Link to Floorplan. - information on additional rental fees and deposits etc. - Photos - Maps and Directions - Move-in Specials - Request more info - Online Application - Apartment Vacancy Check (will contain a portal where prospective tenants can view type of apartments available, - this information will be in a database that should have an admin panel for managers to update information) - Contact Us - Resident Hub - will contain community news and events - online garage sales - online Rent payment through Credit Card or Electronic Check - community newsletter - maintenance requests Both Communities have the same management, therefore a the database can be designed to incorporate both communities. The design should be original and very professional. Preference will be given to those who include links to previous work done.
