classifield & membership site php / flash

Welcome to the bid. I am looking for a person or company to assist with the complete design and development of two websites which are based on existing business models. The winner of the bid will be an experienced coder & designer of back end development in php, and front end flash+html. The work would be following the framework of two popular sites modelling my sites on thier navigation and functionality. I have already my psd for a homepage to work from and would be able to advise on front end graphics, i use photoshop but to a basic level. This project is to build two bug free running websites with cms admin panels for content upload, to accept payments (preferalby using paypal API) integrated into the site. attached are winzip for full details. ## Deliverables I ask that when a winner is decided for this project that: 1. the first component to be done is a completion of a new draft homepage, I have given a draft in the winzip doc. There is no limit on how many changes i can give to front end graphics, but ideally i want to nail this in 2-3 versions so we can move on quickly. I will give full details of the new homepages when working with you. 2. the coder gives access via a url so I can see the front end in development. 3. the spec to work from is included in the word document contained in the win zip doc. you would work to those details. 4. The end of week status report must contain details of what has been done that week, not of expected work yet to happen, or work that has been stated as done but there has been no prior post relating to it. 5. not listed in the word document but is required; is a site map for both sites. 6.
