55173 Fix Errors in PHP and Flash

I need 3 errors fixed on my website PoliticalPrizes.com. 1) I need the tables fixed so that the logo image and the navigation images are touching each other. You can view this by looking at the index page of PoliticalPrizes.com. The website uses .tpl files for the header, menu, content and footer. 2) I need the error messages that the website shows to appear in the content area of the webpage. Currently they appear below all the navigation images. To view this error go to [login to view URL] and then just click on submit without filling out the form. There are multiple pages where this error occurs that will need to be fixed. Again, the webpage uses .tpl files so I need someone who has experience with .tpl files. 3) The last thing I need done is for my image for the game to load in flash.
