Flash developer needed for Web player

We need to create a Flash player for displaying "web comics" such as this one: [login to view URL] As you can see, we currently have a player, but it doesn't make room for the 100+ episodes that are to come. We have developed a new structure for it (see attached) whereby web comics will be divided into chapters (with 10-12 episodes each). We want it to work somewhat like the player here: [login to view URL] (note thumbnail navigation within the player) except there will also be a dropdown for navigating chapters. Each episode will be a self-contained flash movie and we'll upload a thumbnail for each. No need to program the main forward and back arrows (the ones at the very bottom of the page) as these can be worked on later. What we mainly need you to do is program the loading/browsing of the thumbnails, navigating to chapters, and showing/closing the thumbnail slider. We will do a visual design for it in Photoshop. Our preference is for the data to be brought into the Flash file via PHP, read from a MySQL database.
