Want a ticker tape display for a webpage. The designer must make an interface where several departments can log into the site using a separate password. They will have a field for the department's name which is dictated by the password and another field for the description. As basic as can be made. Desire some type of customization where the tape can be made to start at a particular point instead of the beginning. ie. to be able to start at segment "g" instead of segment "a" if I desire. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
