PLEASE READ ALL. Web site creation from scratch to be ready by the 9th February with strict requirements. I act on behalf of a customer on this one so before the customer awards me the work I will need to submit drafted designs. Once the designs are received (it can be just JPEG images so your work cannot be stolen), they assess and award the business to me or someone else. So I will need anyone who wants to bid on this one to do some little preparation work to show my client what you can do. Then once selected, I'll put the money agreed upon in the escrow account with a 10% increase in the wage for the preparation work done and the risk taken by yourself.
