Build a Website

We need someone to setup a new wordpress site for us with the vbulletin 5 forum integrated into the site so the whole site has 1 common header. We need 1 single login so that user is logged into wordpress and vbulletin, this can be from a common login box on the header or otherwise discussed with the programmer. This has been done with vbulletin 4 and vbulletin 3 so im sure only some adjustment will be needed to the plugins required to make this work with vbulletin 5. Please only bid if you are sure you can do this correctly and understand the plugin and hooks system in vbulletin well. We need you to be able to start the work immediately and be available on skype. Please do not send me pre written messages showing me work you have done in the past as i dont need to see it, unless it is a vbulletin to wordpress integration because i want to work with someone who has taken the time to read the requirements properly Thanks
