I have a customer that would like to have their website redesigned with Joomla and the site be re skinned and alot more features added such as a calender, person directory they can search, page for them to submit claims, etc. As well add photos and be more facebook. Their website is www.afgelocal987.org. I also have a youtheme theme we can possibly skin and edit. I just need someone to put it together for a few pages and screenshot them so that I can present the customer with what it would look. As well I would need a quote to complete the project completely. This customer is serious about getting their site done. Only serious freelancers that have goverment website design / knowledge. Thank you!
