453944 single webpage from business flyer and upload to domain.

I have bought a domain name and web hosting through 123-reg. I have a business flyer and I basically need that flyer translated into a web page and posted onto my domain. (I dont want to use the templates on the 123Reg site). I have attached the flyer that I would like the site based on but am happy to have advice on adaptions. I am just setting up on my own as self employed so need to keep costs low. I realise that cost will relate to your programming time and any complications so happy for a basic one page info webpage (even for the flyer to be put into PDF then webpage if it keeps costs down?)as well as the basic 'contact us' link etc. The flyer is currently a very simple word document and you may be able to vavavoom it up a bit without too much additional work? I have purchased 1gb of hosting space - I have bought hosting through 123-reg and the files in my web space can be managed using file transfer protocol. As part of the project please bid for cost of one page simple webpage from flyer and upload etc. onto my domain for me (will provide info for 123-reg once succesful bid has been selected). I originally posted this a few hours ago but realised from all the questions that the project was too vague- hopefully this revised project make more sense!?! Thanks
