I am looking for a video gallery that users can upload to and have the clips purchased. There will be set Categories that users will upload into Videos must have be able to have title, description, tags Users review videos and give a rating of 1-5 stars. This will be an e-commerce site where clients pay a fee to post their 3 minute videos (annual membership) and then consumers buy the right to download the video(s) they choose.
