Widget design

The aim of this bid is to provide to my customer a nice looking widget. The technical part has been done and now, it's about graphical design. One "technical" example is available on [login to view URL] (Design part is in the images of the html iframe and dynamic text comes from a php script). I require from a graphical designer to redesign the iframe where the messages are scrolling. The result will be a nice looking frame for the scrolling text (high quality image). I remind that the phone is just the decoration and a large part of the space should be dedicated to the scrolling text. (For the audiance of the site, the main interest is the the scrolling text, not the phone). The audiance our the site is young (15 to 30 years old), so we need trendy and "cool" images. Delivrables: - HTML code with images that call to the php script giving the scrolling text (take it from the source code of the example page) - 3 sizes of the phone (large, medim and small) Please we want CREATIVE designer (No simple images on phone in the market) to bid not programmers. If you are interested, please reply with a SCREENSHOT example of the work you intend to propose us(mock-up). The aim to the mockup is to validate your understanding of the bid and your creativity, do not spend more than 5 minutes on it. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Web platform. Deliverable should be tested in IE and Firefox
