Wordpress blog with extra features

This project is to create a wordpress blog with additional features. Concept: The blog is a guide for people to make money which will guide them to go from $0 to $100,000. It’s a steps system, so every post contains instructions on how to make money at various stages. For example: Post 1 would be how to make $100 with no money. Post2 would be how to use that $100 to make $500, and so on. Some posts are free for the user to read and some need to be paid for. Invitation only feature: In order to view the blog a user must be registered. And registration is by invitation only. So on the home page there should be 3 options: a) Login b) Sign up if you have an invitation. or c) Join our waiting list if you don’t have an invitation (should be double opt in). Referral system feature: In one of the posts (post 3 or 4) I want to ask users to send invitations to their friends. So a feature should be built that will generate invitation codes for a user to send to his/her friends. If their friend signs up and completes the tasks in the first post, it will be routed to the admin for approval and if approved the referring person will get a fixed fee (example: $5) for the referral. Tasks Complete feature: Its hard to automatically check if the task has been completed or not. So a simple button should be placed on post one that says “ I finished the tasks – give me credit”. A form will come up asking them for the name/email they used to complete the tasks with and this information will be routed to the admin for manual approval. Hence if the tasks in post 1 are completed not only does that user need to get credit but so does the person who referred him need to get credit. Account balance: Since there is a credit for finishing the first task and referring friends an account balance should be maintained for all users so that they can use it to pay to read other posts. An intelligent payment system should also be put in place to account for insufficient balances. (For example: If a user has $2 credit and it cost $5 to read a post. It should generate an invoice of $3.) Payment gateway should be PayPal. Layout: I’d like to work with a readymade theme. So I will buy one from themeforest and ask you to customize it so it fits the look and feel I want. Scheduled tasks: A week (for example) after a user joins our waiting list and email should go out to them giving them an invitation to join. (If they have not already). Plugins & 3rd party code: I am ok with you using 3rd party code / plugins (as long as I have legal right to use it). In fact If there is a plugin that does a task, I would rather you use it if it has been well tested rather than try to create all over again. (I don't also mind buying it for you to use) Obviously all these features should be controllable and manageable at the backend via the admin panel. Important: You and your team should be responsible for all testing. Many developers I’ve come across on here like the employer to sit with them and do the testing for them. I simply do not have the time to do this. The system should be fully tested before asking me for a review. I will ofcourse be available to answer any questions you may have but I will need you and your team to test the website out completely. This includes making test post and test signups. Important: I’ve noticed a lot of developer simply bid on a project without reading it. So if you have read the project, start your message off with “Hi Jack”. I am simply going to ignore all bids that do not have this. Thank you
