Generate a country international telephone drop down using PHP inside contact form 7

We need a programmer to write a php code-Country international telephone codes - (or an array ...or in any other language that works) and integrate it into Contact form 7 . Our contact form has these fields : Fname-Lastname-Phone Number-Email-Country. The form and the code will work like this in the final project: A lead submits his details...and when he choose his country the country code( phone code) of that specific country automatically displayed in the left side of the Phone Number field. as an example: [login to view URL] it's important that the final data sent to the database ( Contact DB wordpress plugin) will output the international code with the phone number side by side order that was mentioned above.
