Minor updation work in current wordpress website;

Hi!...I have a wordpress website of my own -: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] this page [login to view URL] when u click on 'proceed' button and move on to the next page, a condition has to be applied that the user has to fill up the form fields that too in the correct way...and if he enters something incorrectly, a prompt should appear asking the user to enter everything correctly. Further, he should not be able to proceed to the next page till the time he clicks on the 'Terms and conditions' button. 2. Site has to be made compatible with IE 7, IE 8 and safari. As of now it's working fine with chrome, firefox, IE 9 and above. Also, it should look perfect in all screen resolutions. Please refer two screenshots. One screenshot is of chrome in which the site looks perfect and other screenshot of IE8 wherein the page is not showing up the right way. 3. In this page, [login to view URL] - If u click on any question, answer of it appears. This property has to be removed. All questions and answers should be visible at one go. 4. Please refer screenshot, file name [login to view URL] taken from URL [login to view URL] The highlighted border in the screenshot has to be a bit darkened. 5.. The 'pricing' button at the navigation menu, it's not getting highlighted in orange colour when you click on it (unlike other buttons). The one who bids the lowest bags this project.
