(Re)move boxes, align buttons and other small changes to modified oscommerce shop

For a client, some changes are needed. [login to view URL] -newsbox needs to come above the newsletterbox -facebook like button needs to be align to the left of the column (in the right sidebar) -add a cellphone logo to the call me back button (in front) -add blue (#04205f) line to active menu item. when on home page, home needs to be underlined. -remove box with products when in product category (see screenshot) [login to view URL] -in product category, add translate function to the word "Subcategorieën".
