Edit My Python Script!

I had a freelancer build me a full Python automatic programming Script. Currently this is how the script works: 1. Customer makes an order on our website, and their order details are emailed to our script and collected as product data. 2. The product data waits in storage until I manually choose to create the product with the script. 3. I create the product by putting a order number into a EXCEL input file, then I manually 'Run' the script in Python. 4. Once the script has finished making the product file. The script automatically turns OFF. CONCLUSION: The old script is too manual, I want to further automate the system and functions of it. HOW I WANT TO EDIT THE SCRIPT: I would like to further automate the script by getting rid of the EXCEL input file step. I want to be able to turn the script ON and have the process automatically 'Run' LIVE as orders are made by customers. These are the NEW steps I want: 1. Turn the script ON (Run the script). The script will wait in idle until new order data comes through. 2. As soon as a new order has been made a email with the orders product data is sent to the script for programming. 3. The product is automatically made by the script. 4. The script will continue to make orders as they come through until I turn OFF the script by closing the Python script.
