iPhone app based on twitter API (photoshop design already done)

Hi I am looking for an experienced ios developer to create an iphone based app. The developer will need good knowledge of the Twitter API as it will be used a lot. I require a developer with an eye for detail who understands the importance of design. The app has already been designed in photoshop, therefore only development is required. There will be certain messages and pages (e.g. error messages) that have not been designed, and I will require a developer who can identify what these pages / messages should be and I will design them. I will select my top developers and provide them with the screenshots for further discussion before accepting any bid, to allow for a revision once clarifications are answered. this app should be compatible with ios 6 and 7 and viewable on iphone 4, 5 and new iphone 5C and iphone 5S (coming soon) Requirements: Twitter sign on User account creation Need to pull the following from specified accounts using the twitter API: twitter handle, profile image, description, website, recent tweets, recent images etc The ability to follow and unfollow from within the app The ability to send push notifications based on time since last used app location based nearest city selection the ability to create news stories that update to the app the ability to write and edit pages such as 'terms and conditions' and 'privacy' and update these button select effects such as fade in and out / movement (i.e. when you click on an image to open another page, the image slides to the top and the content then fades in) the ability to add an address that appears as a pin on a map ability to share on facebook or twitter ability to search through twitter account lists for key words, results based on best match ability to bulk upload twitter accounts (using twitter @ name) along with text and location and list to be added to, which will automatically populate lists. ability to click on a tweet or image and be prompted whether they want to view this on twitter ability to submit text field to the webmaster, which appears in the back end, with automatic link to twitter, and can be added easily to the lists by adding the extra required fields, or can be removed and all further matching submissions filtered. Google app analytics that is an overview of the requirements, any further requirements will be made clear via the screenshots of the design which will be provided to the developer(s) in the running.
