debug and add new features to a site

This is to make some changes to [login to view URL] -get rid of all mouse overs on the screensavers -build a ajax based 5-star rating system for each screensaver -optimize the site for IE6 and IE7 -use mod rewrite for all links -fix all bugs in the site -build a image processing system so that when admins upload screensavers the will upload a jpg which will be converted to a thumbnail sizes for the screensavers admin and server access will be provided to winner bidder
