Keyword tool

Hi, I need keyword software that does the following: 1. put in main keyword 2. chose country 3. go to Google Instant and collect new keywords based on main keyword pluf alphabet characters (supplied by me) 4. Select or deselect keywords you need/don't need 5. remove unwanted characters (list supplied by me) 6. SPlit the keyword list in lists with 10,000 keywords maximum 7. Go to Google's Keyword Planner 8. Upload the lists per 10,000 9. Get the exact results and save it to disk The software must be pc based, usable on bot PC and MAC and should be multithreaded for speed. Software must also be protected with name or email and license code.
