Simple HTML-database desktop application for job tracking

I'd like a small application for our company to track jobs that we are bidding. I'm enclosing some sample screens which should give you an idea about what I'm looking for. This is not a web application, but the interface will be a browser/html. I'm not sure what the best choice of database is, but I am looking for an application that is not a huge memory hog. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. ## Platform We should be able to run the application from either pc on the office network. One uses XP and the other uses Win 98.
