Wordpress Widget Development

I am looking for someone to develop a widget capable of replicating something like this: [login to view URL] There is already a very similar widget here: [login to view URL] However this widget does not seem to resize & look right when certain elements/social media profiles are left out. The widget should allow for adding info on: Facebook Page Google + Page Twitter account And be able to report followers just like on the screenshot above. Also for the footer multiple icons should be able to be selected & URL assigned to them. Like where the links to apps & youtube, linkedin etc are in the screenshot. Also the plugin should resize accordingly when certain profiles are omitted. Example if the facebook ID is omitted, then there should not be a gap or error the plugin should resize so it looks good. Please bid with examples of other wordpress widgets/plugins you have done.
