308654 CakePHP APP User Interface

I require a CakePHP developer to design the User Interface for a project since our in-house developers are pretty busy at the moment, main requirements are: MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH AND BE AVAILABLE BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 11PM AND 8AM PACIFIC STANDARD TIME 1. Strong PHP and OOP skills (3 years min experience) 2. Expert DB architect a plus 3. Deep experience using the CAKE PHP Framework to take advantage of the current CAKEPHP resources and make real use of the rapid development approach. (Required) 4. I prefer to work with individuals and avoid companies. 5. You should be available on Skype to report daily progress and meet the project deadline. (Required) 6. Strong knowledge of XHTML, CSS, JS, XML, AJAX and WC3 standards (Required) 7. You will need to sign an NDA if you get the job.
