145552 Create Website

A simple three page website with a link to my FTP. Options included on site will be email this page, quick quote to leave messages, and save to favorites. My FTP has a drop box. But I will need a simple script that requires users to enter a password to access the dropbox, then it will take the user straight to my drop box. Site must include CMS so that I can change the wording of the pages at will. Also I should be able to allow new users to access my dropbox, and remove existing users, so I need control of the password function included in the CMS. The general design will be provided, but a good designer who can improve and make it look elegant and classy is appreciated. The site must also be search engine friendly, so that it shows up on the search engines. Must work with explorer, netscape, firefox, all popular versions. Thanks for your time.
