Creating 1 module for SugarCRM website php

Hi There, we are looking for 1 module for our Sugarcrm setup , Module info : Quote Module will read from excel and give preview the values and create the chosen quotes auto into sugarcrm and display under the subpanel as normal. we already have the PHP code ready reading from the excel files ... so we need someone who understand the logic hook and SOAP in sugarcrm. very simple script so it should not cost more than 60$ if you are not good SugarCRM and willing to try we dont mind to give you chance but in that case we could hold the project frozen until you prove that you can do it so once we confidence you can do it than we can award the project and carry on with the process.
