143234 Help Fixing Open Realty Site

Ok...So I needed to move a Open Realty site from one domain to the other. I copied the mysql database and changed the paths to the new site...it works just fine. But when I logged into the admin area of the site, none of the tabs or text showed up. I need someone to fix that for me and then I need them to tell me how they fixed it so I can do it again when I move the site. Should be a super easy fix for someone that knows what they are doing. But I need it done right away...like in the next couple hours.
