javacript with flash

We have a javascript that registers if a flash file is below or above the fold. When a person scrolls the script checks the new situation. It also checks the url where the flash file is published. Now we want to save the generated data in database via the flash file.? The flash file should call a php script that saves the data. The php script should check if a cookie is set with a unique id if not a cookie is set. The cookie id should also? saved? with the data. Also a timestamp should be saved. The database is a mysql database.
