Javascript/dhtml/flash/php exit pop needed

I need a script created that can recreate an exit popover effect from a certain page on the web. Best way would be to decode their Javascript and imitate the effects in new code. PM Me and I'll give you the page I am trying to imitate. I'm assuming they have JavaScript tracking your mouse movement and when you move off of the page it does the DHTML animation. SPECIFICATIONS: -I want to be able to paste a single line of code on any webpage to have this effect created. -The popover must not pop when moving from the address bar down, ONLY POP when moving from the body of the page upwards. -Installation and troubleshooting on one site for me (I provide ftp) should be included in the bid. -Easy editing of the animation and the popover text for other sites is required. -Also needs installation instructions for any site so I can easily outsource the installation to others. -Code will be checked by my programmers, they just dont have time to build this right now. -Payment will be completed after project is finished.
