We need a team that can slice our PSD design and integrate it into a x-cart based webshop. It must also include CSS, so no hard coded text in pictures allowed for menu and stuff. The design must be 100% SEO and readable so all alt tags must be there and work with all text based CSS language or java without using hard coded images. the language must be W3C compatible. Javascript is needed to change the pictures, mouse over effects etc just make sure the PSD is alive as x-cart webshop. Only bid when you have x-cart experience.
