Re-Purpose and expand an existing Codeigniter/FusionCharts Dashboard Site

I have an existing site based on CodeIgniter that uses FusionCharts to serve data to users in the form of interactive charts. I now want to change the purpose of the site and expand the site so that it serves a wider variety of charts on more topics. To achieve that I need to: i. Change the look and feel ii. Add a content management system so that I can add new users, new charts and new data iii. Change the administrator Back End so that it can accept different ranges of data to serve up the different charts. iv. Experience of Codeigniter and FusionCharts – or a similar charting library - would be an advantage.
