Twitter Trends jQuery

I already have a website up and running [login to view URL] which pulls tweets from twitter in relation to perth however I would like for my website to pull the latest trends from twitter in regards to Perth (Western Australia) as well. Using Twitter jQuery and Twitter API I would need my site to be able to showcase the latest Twitter trends in Perth by day, week and month. The script would need to be very customizable and allow me to show as many trends or as little trends as I want. The CSS to the script must also be easily customizable and must originally fit in with my current website (I can show an example of where and how I would like it to look on a mock page) The trends would also need to be linked back to twitter search for that trend and open in a new window.
