We need to develop the site in Arabic with provision to Log Out & Log IN (recover lost password) and display of options for Join Us (by filling of a registration form), Contact Us, Users Speak, About Us, Surveys Online. Post Log In .. the person shall be able to view Live Surveys & start the survey by clicking on the hyperlink, Passbook to display the credits-debits-balance of the member, Manage Account to change personal information as also upload self pic /image in gif, jpg, png ; share opinion - which when approved by admin to appear / display in users speak section at front end; Be able to send contact us msgs without filling personal info as was the case when sending contact us msg without log in - contact us msg submission will yield three things - populate the database, confirmation mail to sending person and intimation mail to us (owners of the site / admin), provision to apply for redemption of points earned as displayed in passbook balance (apply only when min. 50 pts) . Join Us completion of regn. form will yield a verification link sent to the person concerned at the filled in email id , and upon completion of verification will receive a link to refer other membrs to the panel .. each referal (joining of new person thru click on this referal link) will earn one pt. in favour of refree and refered both. Admin will be able to approve the users speak msg after correction to msg and checking pic. upload to diaply at front end. Admin will have provision for seeing the profile wise panel scores Admin will be able to download / send email invitations to the registered users after filling in the generic url which will have the registered member's id appended to it from database based upon the criteria selected and chosen by admin .. like age , gender, city, country, travel habits, SEC (based upon education and profession of the user), employemnet status, academic level, size of company working in, designation / post of self and discipline (housewife, doctor, IT professional, Business decision maker .. such like info collected at the time of joining / registration). Admin will be able to send followup / reminder mails to people who have not clicked on the verification link. Admin will be able to start / halt / close the live / current surveys. Admin will be able to send promotional mails and reminder mails to prospective email receipients; and also be able to view the current status. Admin will be able to retrieve passwords for registered users; will be able to do corrections to the record of the registered users.. fill in the missing information. - All this should have primary language as arabic , however possibly be translated to english when clicked on english version. No Upfront payment shall be made. All payment shall happen only upon full & final deliverables upon our satisfaction, within the agreed time frame at the time of placing firm order on the vendor. The vendor shall be maintaining the site for one year from the date of completion and make it seo compliant. Its essential for the vendor to give periodic reports and live updates online at agreed intervals till the project completion. The project will need to be completed in phased and modular manner.
