WordPress/ HotelPress theme feature enhancement

I am working on a wordpress site with a HotelPress theme integration. My main focus is to be able to expand the themes features to be able to handle custom additional fields and functions of the theme. Like for example to add discounting system for reserving rooms to where it will add discount rates for holidays, weekly rates, weekend rates and so forth. Also the another main feature is to be able to create a printable transaction log of room reserved for the cleaning crew of our hotel. All the data is available within the theme of wordpress, it just needs to be expanded to support theme custom features. Doesnt seem like a huge job just something that requires the right php / mysql programmer to make the correct calls to the database and integrate it with the theme.
