YouTube for musicians

We are looking to build a website very similar to YouTube in functionality The video and audio must be easily navigable and managed by the users. We have uploaded a preliminary look of the site with some links to the different areas (simple image maps). We will be providing a complete HTML prototype for you to build the functionality. Thank you! ## Deliverables During the site build I'd like a steady flow of questions. I'm set up on Skype and can be available whenever needed so we'll coordinate times. I want to be easily accessible to answer any questions as they come up...I don't want to leave anything to chance and assumptions should NOT be made without discussion. We've been stung already on this application where there wasn't any communication from the developer. Let's work to make this a very smooth process!
