I require an Arabic speaking web developer to develop an Arabic/English website in Joomla or Drupal. No design work will be required. The design will be supplied in either photoshop or indesign format for the right person to the develop. To be considered we would like to first see work samples and be advise on how much it would cost and how long it would take to develop a 57 page website (28 in Arabic, 28 in English and main homepage with language selection functionality)
