Smartsheet Joomla integration

I currently have a Smartsheet com application where we have published a form for data collection. I would like to have a Joomla component/plugin/module (not sure which one would be appropriate) that would read the form from Smartsheet, understand the required fields to be collected, then present a form that would then store the data in Joomla and also post it to the Smartsheet webform. This would allow me to retain the data within Joomla while also feeding the data into Smartsheet. I have been working with Fabrik, which is a slick component for Joomla that looks like it might have some of the capabilities to collect the data, then, utilizing some scripts, post it to Smartsheet. I am open to any solution. If you bid on this project, please also send me a message with how you would go about creating this solution. If it would be easier to simply take the source from the web form and insert it into Joomla, I am open to that, but I would prefer something that could accommodation other forms or changes to the original form.
