Fix Joomla memory problem & AWS Magento

We're looking for a server expert who can fix 2 different problems for us. The first problem that need fixing is a VPS thats running Joomla! 1.0.15, somewhere it's leaking memory and this causes the server to go down. We need someone who can fix this problem and plug the leak. Upgrading to Joomla 1.5 or 1.6 is no option. The second problem is fixing a EC2 instance installed recently with magento. Its running a small instance but it's very slow even when no users are on the website/server. If you have any question, please let us know via PM.
