I need to be able to print plain text to my networked Epson TM-T90 from my linux server Fedora Core 5.
I think I need a print driver for the Epson TM-T90 thermal / Point of Sale printer. It is the newest version (the older version being the TM-T88).
A link to an already existing driver will work - I just haven't found one. You can also suggest different plain text drivers...anything that will work.
I would like this ASAP.
**UPDATE 1:**
Manual: This is not from Epson site - but it is their manual. This is a direct link (PDF) [login to view URL]
It *should* be a simple ascii print but it just prints lines and lines of code (I dont understand) and *not* the text I send to it. The same commands/files/text work fine with my other networked printers using a generic postscript driver, but this TM-T90 will not print anything but code.
**UPDATE 2:**
Here is a small clip of the code that is printing out:
%!
%% %%
<</ManualFeed false>>setpagedevice
<</Duplex false>>setpagedevice
%!PS-Adobe-3.0
%RBINumCopies: 1
%%Pages: (atend)
etc...
