XRMS Modifications - PHP/mysql

We use XRMS for keeping track of our internal sales process and customer contacts ([login to view URL], the shallow website is deceptive - the XRMS dev team is actually way more active than the site justifies). We need an additional feature, namely capability to create Quotations and Invoices. * These features should be handled under the available ACL functionality. So for example, all our sales people can send quotations, but only the sales managers can issue invoices. * It should be possible to select a few sales-people (not sales-managers) and allow them to send invoices as well. * Quotations and invoices should be saved in PDF format and sent by email at a click of a button. They should also be saved/archived under the "Files" section (part of XRMS existing functionality) of the customers' CRM data. * Quotations and invoices are based on HTML templates, which can be edited with FCK-Editor ([login to view URL]) We have a test setup online which can be used for development purposes. Thank you for bidding! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
