Web Site Design

Hi everyone, I am looking for someone to design a website for me. This website is a programming website, and is as yet unstarted! What i need is; * Website template in HTML/CSS * Graphics, including a logo I require 1 page **TEMPLATE** to be done, no content is required.? I will be writing the content, I am just not very good at designing it. This template page is a news page, and should have the logo, space for a navigation bar somewhere, and two example news items. The reason the bid request is so low is because? I am a student and dont really have alot of money. This is also more of a personal project, but may be developed into a community site when/if I have the time. There is a small possibility that I will later need help again with design and the person who wins this bid will be the first person I look to for help. Please include a link to some of your work if you have any on the internet. The name of the site is Oxide. This should be included somewhere on the logo. Matthew ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
