Magento bug fixes - open to bidding

Hi I would like to have an additional system and network administrator for our servers, we have many small projects to do and this would be on-going. We run Magento and Wordpress with Varnish on NGINX & AWS (with CloudFront) We are getting a very strange and new error when trying to create DHL shipments, this only started last week. We get the error : Response is in wrong format. DHL gives quotes but doesn’t create the shipment. I would like to debug and fix this. I think it has something to do with PHP 5.4 and SimpleXML because when I send the exact same request in a test file, we get a reponse from DHL API. So the problem is just how Magento is parsing the response. can you help? After that we would explore other areas we need like AWS optimization, varnish optimization etc. I hope you would accept this task, we really need to start making DHL labels again from Admin Panel.
