453444 ICT Liaison

The project involves development of surgical web applications. I am looking for a professional who can serve as a liaison advisor to myself. I run a couple of websites myself, but do not have a computer science or programming background. I need someone who can be readily available, mostly on regular email, occasionally on the phone. The job will involve: 1 - Regular email conversations about programming and web design related matters 2 - Evaluations by you of the merits/ demerits of proposed bids that I am considering accepting. The job will not involve programming by yourself, or subcontracting of design or programming jobs by yourself to anyone. Essentially, I see this as a job that will take up a little bit of your time on a regular basis, but will not require anything more than you applying your existing knowledge and expertise to help me to develop my projects more speedily, cost-effectively, and ergonomically. The fee is negotiable. However, this is a job specifically for someone who has the willingness to be accessible and the eagerness to build a long term collaboration between two professionals who are experts in their own areas: you in web design and programming, myself in surgery. Finally, it would be good if you have an interest in mobile platforms, but as long as you are at least conversant with the technicalities of this interface, it may suffice.
